Turn off auto-linking in Moodle
For staff on how to turn off auto-linking in Moodle.
The following guide will show you how to turn off auto-linking in Moodle. You may want to do this to avoid automatically creating links to glossary or database entries, or activity and resources within the course with the same name.
- Select More from the list of tabs along the top of your Moodle paper.
- In the drop-down menu, select Filters.
- To the right of Activity names auto-linking, select the drop-down menu, then select Off.
- Finally, scroll down and select Save changes.
