Lois provides administrative and secretarial support for the Research & Enterprise Office.

Lois has lived in the Waikato district for many years where she has worked as a PA for various Law firms. In 2007 she and her husband travelled to Uganda for a year and worked at a chimpanzee sanctuary on Lake Victoria where they cared for 50 orphaned chimpanzees. On returning to New Zealand Lois lived and worked in Auckland before joining the University of Waikato in 2009.
