WMS's research expertise in leadership aims to disseminate research on leading edge practices and experiences in order to enable leaders to positively influence self, others, their organisations and wider society.
CELF
The Community & Enterprise Leadership Foundation (CELF) is an organisation with a mission to grow and connect socially responsible leaders in the Waikato region.
Each year, CELF runs a unique eight-week leadership development programme, delivered over the course of eight months. It brings together established leaders from different kinds of organisations, in an effort to increase the elevation and social impact of all participants.
CELF recently held their 2022 Graduation ceremony, and graduates of this leadership programme are pictured.
