Copyright in all material residing on servers using the domain name waikato.ac.nz ("University of Waikato servers") is owned by the University of Waikato ("the University") except where otherwise stated.

Materials originating from University of Waikato servers may not be resold or redistributed in print or other media without prior written permission from the author of that material, or if no author is given, from webmaster@waikato.ac.nz.

For the purposes of this notice, 'written permission' shall include permission given via electronic mail.

Any software downloaded from University of Waikato servers is governed by the terms of the end user licence agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("Licence Agreement").
